July 29, 2024-Happy 16th Birthday Graham!

  • Graham took off from his normal running today, but when I went for my walk this morning, it was hot. And this was the first time, but once we did get to the driveway, Bentley refused to go anywhere but down the driveway. She has pulled and not wanted to go, but today was the first time that she actually won.
  • Robby and I ran a few errands this morning including picking up 60 cupcakes and about that many ChickFIlA nuggets. We all had free nuggets and some of us had free brownies from there this morning, so everyone placed their orders, and we picked them all up.
  • Everyone ate their late lunch, and then Campbell and Keaton started on their school work. They both have new Language Arts that started today so that was a bit of a struggle trying to figure everything out. They eventually did, and it will all be good-if they work hard.
  • Reagan and I worked a little bit this afternoon on organizing her school things. I don't think that we will be able to organize things as well as I would like since we don't really know how things will work in her room. However, we will at least have tried to organize it.
  • I then did some school work with Whitman, but soon it was time for all the big kids to go to Raymar for Bible study. Campbell made sure that it was okay so they could take cupcakes and drinks to celebrate Graham's birthday today.
  • Reagan went out with her friends to eat and play pickleball after Bible study. She is going to miss spending all of this extra time with her friends when she goes to college-hopefully, she will quickly find her more fun friends.
