- All of my boys were awake this morning. I had just a few more minutes to sleep but Whitman came in our room a few times needing this and that. We started moving around and Robby left with Keaton and Whitman to take them to school.
- The rest of us started on our school for the day. Things went fairly smoothly today but Anderson was more distracted today but did manage to finish things up in time for us to work together.
- We did our together work and then played a game of Uno. Graham was the winner so the Dennie family game trophy will remain in the boys' room for which Anderson was very glad. We played a second game of Uno and my people just lost their ever loving mind forgetting how to act at all.
- Grannymom and Grandpa picked up Keaton and Whitman and they all had themselves a picnic at Pinnacle. Keaton told us all about it when we she came home and wanted to tell everyone where she had been.
- Our afternoon at home went by pretty fast. The kids went outside for a little bit but since the neighbors weren't around they soon headed back inside. They watched some tv and soon Robby was home with Keaton and Whitman.
- By this time, everyone was talking about Grandpa's surprise party. We had not really mentioned it to the kids because we were afraid that word would slip out so this afternoon was really the first that they were hearing about it.
- Dana and her crew were already at Dennys and after sitting down, we just had to wait a bit before Grannymom and Grandpa came in. The kids shouted surprise and Whitman was pleased to point out the 'birthday boy chair.'
- Grandpa opened his presents, we ordered our food and then waited (and waited). When supper arrived, everyone gobbled it up. Grannymom had cake that we passed out after eating. After our birthday celebration, it was time to head home.
- Graham and Campbell played basketball outside while Robby and I walked around the block. The others watched some tv and before they knew it, it was bedtime!
