Racing winner! |

- Graham and Anderson were the first up and in our room this morning but we all soon heard Whitman so that meant it was time for everyone to get up.
- Cinnamon toast and a few books to read before we said goodbye to Robby and Keaton. Keaton is always excited to get to Ms. Jennifer's class. (Or maybe she likes getting picked up by Grannymom or Nonna on school days.)
- School was fairly uneventful but the kids had a little extra motivation today - it was skating day! We finished up our school work, picked up a little, had lunch, made some cookies for Reagan's scnack tomorrow at Bible Study, played some more (Anderson has been busy much of the day building a marble track.)
- We soon loaded up and headed to Grannymom's to pick up Keaton and to drop off Whitman. We met the Kamps and Heltz for an afternoon of skating. The highlight was for Graham and he was won his age division for racing. The big prize - a piece of Airhead candy.
- We made it home just a few minutes before Robby got home from work. Kids showered, I started supper and then I got out of dodge... well, it was Bunko night (or eat out night at Panera) and I had a few extra minutes to stop by the store for some lite shopping for myself.
- Back home, the kids and Robby had a new meal (Pizza Pasta). Robby gave it a B+ (he wasn't crazy about the minuscule bell pepper I included. They then watched Soul Surfer (won't have to worry about the kids wanting to go to the beach for quite some time due to the shark scene) and scarfed down the extra Snickerdoodle cookies.
