Highlights from today: (click here for pictures)
- A pretty lazy Saturday morning-Reagan and Anderson got their fill of movies this morning while watching our movies from the library. Campbell stayed busy eating crumbs off the floor and playing with everything. Graham was Mom and Dad’s helper and followed them around everywhere
- Dad put the lights on the house and Graham was very concerned about how he got up there and how he was going to get down. Dad told him that he was going to jump and Graham walked toward the roof with his arms open wide to catch his Dad.
- Eating a late lunch and then hearing that Santa was at the Clinton library-so we took off pajamas, put on our clothes, picked up Grannymom and headed downtown. Santa was there waiting on us!
- Reagan was ready to go and see Santa and tell him what she wanted (Mom was relieved that she can’t change it now!) Graham was a little timid but he did talk to him while sitting on Mom’s knee. Anderson didn’t really want anything to do with him but did finally speak. Campbell wasn’t pleased at all about being handed to someone else! We were pretty pleased with all of our pictures and the kids were very pleased to see Santa
- While we waited in our pictures to print, we colored Kwanza cards (that is what was there) The kids were so proud of their cards, that they got back in the Santa line to give them to him.
- On the way home, we stopped by Taco Bell to grab Mom and Dad a snack. Taco Bell must make Graham fall asleep but he woke up to tell Grannymom good bye. After playing a little at home, it was time for a nap!…for everyone.
- Everyone rested well. Mom had to wake Graham up for our trip to Sams. We needed milk and who could pass up supper there as well. The kids enjoyed looking at the toys and Mom enjoyed looking at everything else.
- Coming home to play for a few more minutes before bedtime. Graham helped Campbell pull down the Santa chimney and they all get so excited about it!
